- No leave of absence for the whole day or a part of it is granted except on previous written application from parents or guardians and only for serious reasons.
- Repeated absence renders the pupil liable to dismissal.
- Repeated absence without leave application the student on returning to school must have the reason of absence entered and signed by the parents or guardian on the 'leave and absence record'. Without this, the student will not be admitted to class.
- A minimum of 75% attendance of the working days is required for promotion. She/He should come for assembly in time. Late comers are liable to be sent home.
- A student who returns to school after a contagious or infectious disease should produce a Doctor's certificate permitting the student to do so.
- All are expected to attend school on the reopening day after vacation. Similarly no one is allowed to leave for vacation earlier than the closing day without written permission from the principal.
- The school will not arrange any conveyance for the students The parents/ Guardians are to look into the matter of conveyance. The students are to reach in time for the assembly and leave the school soon, when the classes get over.
